RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Envie Jewellery New Zealand, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns and exchanges policy in place to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following procedure for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return or Exchange Authorization:

  • After contacting our customer service team, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
  • If your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Please make sure to include the RAN on the package when returning the item.

Packaging and Shipping:

  • Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, certificates, and documentation.
  • For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • For exchanges due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Return or Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the item is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible.

Refund or Exchange Options:

  • For returns, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
  • If you opt for a refund, the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges.
  • Store credit will be issued as a gift card and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Exceptions:

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
