ALL ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED FROM CHRISTCHURCH, NEW ZEALAND
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of your order.(Please allow extra days for postage during sales and holiday seasons).
Each item is carefully checked to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order if it damaged due to delivery handling or faulty.
Please note that we are working as fast as possible to get your orders out to you but we cannot control if couriers are delayed due to various reasons including but not limited to delivery delay, logistics, or bad weather.
Envie Jewellery can not take responsibility for any courier delays once your item leaves our studio. Unfortunately courier deliveries are more often than not in todays world. This is does not make your order eligible for a refund. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Envie Jewellery is not responsible for any packages after being marked as delivered nor responsible for any delayed shipments. Please ensure to order to a designated unit number and avoid ordering to public environments such as hotels.
